Do you know that dancing is a natural way of expressing emotions and feelings in humans?


Even babies with limited physical abilities seem to have an innate sense of rhythm and movement. The difference is that, back then, we didn’t care what other people thought of us. As adults? Well, for some, it gets a little more complicated.

But I am deeply dedicated to spreading the joy of dance and helping everyone find the confidence and connection with themselves through movement.

In my classes, I use the Groove Method, created by Misty Tripoli. It’s a very creative, fun, and super-easy group dance class that anyone can do.

We unite in a simple movement or rhythm, but you get to dance it in your own unique way. Authenticity is my favorite part, because it’s so important for us to relearn how to hear the music and allow our bodies to move in their own authentic way. And we get to do it together! How cool is that? A safe space to express ourselves, with a supportive community where we can have fun, celebrate life, and play together.

Every class is different, because in just one hour you can experience a variety of styles and genres—from slow, delicious, meditative grooves to heart-thumping, strength-building cardio beats.
